NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Ti Founders Edition GPU

The first pictures of the RTX 3060 Ti Founders Edition graphics card are published by videocardz. This upcoming GPU from Nvidia is expected to deliver better performance than the previous generation RTX 2060 graphics card.

RTX 3060 Ti Specs

This graphics card is based on Ampere architecture. It is powered by GA104-200 GPU. The memory capacity of this graphics card is 8GB, which is GDDR6 type memory with a memory bus of 256-bit. This GPU’s memory clock is 14 Gbps. The memory configuration of this graphics card is exactly the same compared to the GeForce RTX 3070 GPU.

NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Ti Founders Edition also has a nearly similar type of cooler to the GeForce RTX 3070 GPU. The only difference is the color. The RTX 3060 Ti cooler has some extra silverish color. This GPU has a 12-pin cable for the power supply. You will get an adapter out of the box with Nvidia’s RTX 3060 Ti Founders Edition GPU.

This graphics card will come with a CUDA core count of 4864 and a Tensor core count of 152. It also will have 38 Ray Tracing (RT) cores. Nvidia claims that the RTX 3060 Ti will outperform the previous generation RTX 2080 SUPER GPU.

RTX 3060 Ti Price

The previous-gen RTX 2080 SUPER graphics card was launched at $699. But the new RTX 3060 Ti will be launched at the price of $399. So by the price and performance, this GPU will outperform the RTX 2080 SUPER.

RTX 3060 Ti Release Date

This graphics card will be released on 2nd December 2020. There are some custom-designed graphics cards from board partners that are also going to release. For example Inno3D RTX 3060 Ti iChill X3, GIGABYTE RTX 3060 TI, Manli RTX 3060 Ti, PALIT GeForce RTX 3060 Ti 8GB GamingPro OC, ZOTAC RTX 3060 Ti etc.
