Intel 11th Generation Tiger is Coming to Attack AMD Lineup Pretty Soon


Intel just launches its 11th Generation Intel® Core™ CPUs (code name : Tiger Lake) for laptop with powerful integrated graphics named Iris® Xe. AMD is having home run with their APU Series with Vega graphics for the mid and low range budget customers, be Intel is coming now to grab a piece of the pie. It is yet to be cleared when the processors are going to hit the market, but the scenario is looking good for sure.

This lineup is coming with some interesting improvements like the performance of the productivity, content creation, gaming experience, entertainment etc. By the help of modern architecture it also improves the battery life of the new upcoming ultra thin and portable laptops. Intel claims, these laptops will perform 20% faster compared to the other competitive laptops. These laptops will come into the market towards the end of this year. There is some interesting highlights below about Intel’s 11th gen processors.


SO What all will be improved ?

    • Performance of the productivity : Intel claims, the new Intel 11th Generation processor can perform 20% faster compared to its competitive processors. These laptops will come with thunderbolt connectivity. It can connect some peripherals like fast charging cable, external monitor, external storage etc. So due to its extra performance people will get some advantages in the day to day use and office works.
    • Performance of the content creation : Intel claims, the new 11th Gen processor can deliver 2.7X extra speed in photo editing and 2X extra speed in video editing. It has a support of 8K high dynamic range display. It also has support of four at a time external 4K high dynamic range displays. This is very interesting advantage compared to its competitors. So the content creators will definitely love this feature.

    • Performance of the entertainment : These new upcoming laptops will support integrated Dolby Vision technology. Intel claims, it can enhance the display experience by 20% compared to its previous generation laptops and competitive laptops. It also improves the battery life of the laptop. It will produce additional time of more than 1 hour for video streaming. in terms of power consumption there are two series of the 11th gen processor will release. UP3 series consumes 12W to 28W and UP4 series consumes 7W to 15W.
    • Performance of the gaming : The new 11th gen processors have a powerful integrated graphics named Iris® Xe graphics. According the Intel’s Official Website, the new processor’s gaming performance will be double than its predecessors. So people can play Far Cry New Dawn, Borderlands 3, Hitman 2 and many popular games on the integrated graphics of Intel for the 1st time. These all games are playable at 1080p which is a amazing thing for a integrated graphics performance. So the upcoming ultra light and thin laptops are highly capable of gaming and streaming.

The new Intel 11th Generation processors can deliver a great performance to its customers. Intel claims, the new integrated graphics Iris® Xe will outperform 90% dedicated graphics cards in similar price range. Iris® Xe will deliver the balanced performance between gaming and multitasking workloads. The new 11th gen Intel processors are more power efficient compared to the previous generation processors. So it can deliver a great battery life. Due to the Dolby vision, the display experience is also enhance.
