GeForce RTX 3070 16GB and RTX 3080 20GB has been cancelled
Nvidia cancels the launch of GeForce RTX 3070 16GB and RTX 3080 20GB, which was set in December. The company already told about this cancellation to the board partners. We found that information from some sources.
If you think 16GB of GeForce RTX 3070 and RTX 3080 20GB will launch later, then you are wrong. The sources confirmed that those card’s launch was not postponed, the launch was totally canceled. Already RTX 3070 Ti graphics card has canceled by Nvidia.
Now the 16GB version of the RTX 3070 and 20GB version of the RTX 3080 will be adding to the cancel list by Nvidia.
Earlier we expect the RTX 3080 20GB will be a response for RX 6900 or RX 6800 series. The AMD graphics cards will have the Navi 21 processor with a memory capacity of 16GB. But our expectation was totally wrong.
At present, the official cancellation reason is totally unknown to us. But the launch of RTX 3060 Ti is not canceled, it will be launch in mid-November. The exact date of the launch still not confirmed by Nvidia.
