Do you have the latest version of the CAM?

Try to download the latest version of the NZXT CAM  and uninstall the previous version.

Does the CAM have “administrator privileges”?

The CAM requires the administrator privileges to correctly run the application, so right-click and run it as an administrator.

Is your firewall and/or anti-virus software blocking the CAM?

Depending on the anti-virus most of the software doesn’t block the software but to be certain disable the firewall  for some times and  add  CAM to the white list of the antivirus

Is there another application conflicting with the CAM?

The loading of  CAM can be prevented by some other software to load  CAM correctly and check whether any other program conflicts with CAM so for that case clean boot is required and try running the software again.

Is the CAM Settings file corrupt?

Files in the NZXT CAM setting might get corrupted so for that open the ‘C:\Program Files (x86)\NZXT\CAM’ folder and Locate the ‘CAMSettings.sqlite’ file and delete it ( it will recreate again)and lastly restart the CAM.
