Recently GameGPU channel has shared a video of the Assassins’ Creed Valhalla gameplay where the set up was Intel i9 10900k with Nvidia 3090, but sadly the Nvidia 3090 failed to score even 60 fps on the in game benchmark.
RTX 3090 Fail
When they dug a bit deeper, the 3090 fail was even more surprising. Not only the in game benchmark was bad, but the real world gaming performance was even worse. The Average FPS on 4k with Nvidia 3090 was about 40fps only, which hardly makes the game enjoyable.
Now the Assassins’ Creed Valhalla is a Cross gen game, not a next gen game, considering the performance should have been adequate by the Graphics card. Now this game runs on the new Xbox in 4K Resolution in Ultra Settings where AMD RDNA2 graphics card is used.
Now Nvidia 3090 is claimed by Nvidia as the best Graphics Card ever and pioneer of all the card released so far in gaming performance, but the real world test with the 3090 fail was disappointing, to say the least.
Nvidia has already been burnt by the gaming enthusiasts all over the world for its RTX 3080 game crashing problem, now this performance will surely not help them to sell more cards of the 3000 series.
This game is releasing on 10th November, so full review and performance of the game with different graphics card will be posted by us, stay tuned to know more on Assassins’ Creed Valhalla and Nvidia’s response on this 3090 fail to run the game on 4k 60fps, if any.
