What does the statement of CDPR regarding Cyberpunk 2077 say?
Since its launch, last week, one of the most anticipated titles of 2020, Cyberpunk 2077, has faced several graphical and audio issues. Several customers are sharing the impeccable graphics of the next-gen throughout the week, and the developers, CD Projekt Red has at last released a statement addressing the customers.
The primary issue dangling with the game is the production of low-end, PS3-quality graphics, and Minecraft-like character visualization throughout the gameplay in the last generation consoles, making it unplayable and causing distraction from the exciting story.
The concern is growing among the game-lovers because the game fails to perform even after a delayed-release. In contrast, another open-world title, released in 2013, GTA V, looks stunning on the consoles and has much better AI algorithms for traffic or NPCs.
People are surprised with CD Projekt Red’s decision for releasing Cyberpunk 2077 late, and no one anticipated a mid-level desktop GPU like visuals production despite using PlayStation 4 or AMD Jaguar-based SoC, XBOX One X.
CDPR has assured the avid gamers that performance-related updates and bug fixes for this game, across all platforms, will be rolling out next week. And through January and February, several other patches to enhance the graphics on PlayStation 4 and XBOX One X consoles will be supplied.
The statement, though, had an endorsement that the fixes would not make the game represent running on next-generation consoles or high-end PCs.
The PC version of Cyberpunk 2077 will also receive constant updates and fixes and be available through Steam or GOG.
